I just had to move to a better place in cyber space with the start of springtime 2026. So, this site is still under construction with not much to see.

I started this company in late 2002 while I was working as an independent sub-contractor refurbishing residential properties.

Since that time, I’ve shifted into other fields, and I currently only offer part time or occasional service in my locality.
