With this company, I’m currently most interested in a long term arrangement involving minor housing or property maintenance or improvement. Near or within Newton, Rockdale, or Henry County Georgia. Something that probably needs only occasional or part time attendance, since I have other obligations at this time. But anything minor enough that owners or occupants could do for themselves may be considered. I am not a licensed contractor, but I am appropriately registered and have some certifications and diplomas and stuff. I’ll probably ask a minimum of a hundred dollars for a written job plan or detailed inspection report, general cost estimation. or for any bit of work. But can possibly share some thoughts verbally at no charge.

If you hire me like a boy or ask me to help you do something like a buddy, I’ll probably not extend the benefits of this company.

Otherwise, I’m working on an art project, which is still in the stage of preparing the raw materials this year.
